This recipe is one adapted from my mom - super simple and freezes REALLY well. This amount makes about 4 GOOD sized servings, perfect for a few last minute lunches.
Ingredients:
Combine everything in a crockpot and cook on high for 6-8 hours. Seriously, it’s that easy. Serve with avocado slices, cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, and a dollop of sour cream.
