Throw together as an easy snack or use the tapenade as a condiment for wraps, with salads, or on sandwiches. This is NOT a recipe for people who need to follow to a T… its more a throw everything in until it tastes good to you type of thing. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350F
Rip pita into desired chip size and lay out on baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake 15-20 min until desire shade of golden brown.
Drain and rinse olives. Roughly chop.
Add capers, drizzle of olive oil, splash of lemon juice, and sprinkle of pepper and season. Mash a few closes of roasted garlic and throw those in.
Mix well, taste with a pita chip. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
